This home is in Ballard, a hip and trendy neighborhood northwest of downtown Seattle with many bars, ice cream shops, tea and coffee parlors, and access to a lovely beach park at Golden Gardens. Ballard Ave is the key retail street. The home is one block away from the main road (15th Ave) and is within walking distance of food and shopping options. The main road also has plenty of bus stops. If you are exploring the rest of Seattle, getting a car or Uber is a better option.
