264 Denver Street This is a beautiful, peaceful, professionally managed, maintained two bedroom one bathroom ground level 600 square feet apartment end unit in a great quiet three unit building with plenty of off-street parking that currently houses wonderful tenants. Newer gas forced air heating system and gas 40-gallon hot water heater that are well maintained. Orange peel texture and semi-gloss paint throughout. The windows are brand new and much better than builder grade; they are Alside vinyl F-70 series for noise and a comfortable quiet environment. Newer professionally cleaned higher end stain master carpet with quality padding. The front and back yard is maintained by a landscaping company and watered with an automatic sprinkler system. The sidewalks are also maintained by us when snow storms occur. A small kitchen with newer sealed Black Pearl granite kitchen counter tops with matching back splashes, porcelain tile floors in kitchen and baths, stainless steel sink, garbage disposal, black gas stove, black refrigerator, new window coverings, wonderful water pressure and flow. We have been professionally managing and maintaining residential rental properties since 1984 in Brighton, vacancies are rare because of the way we work with our tenants, manage and maintain our properties extremely well. We do not charge for application or back ground research fees. Base rent is $1,300.00 per month, security deposit equals the amount of the rent. Water, trash and sewer expenses are inclusive, renter insurance is a good reasonably price to protect your belongings, our insurance does not cover your personal property. A lockable 150 square feet basement accessible from the back patio.. Approved well behaved pets will increase the base rent accordingly based on type size and demeanor, proper pet rent insurance coverage is required.
