The king size master bed. Sheets and towels will be provided for the guest. Kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, and garbage disposal. There is a stackable washer and dryer. The living room has four large windows with a large sliding glass door to the patio offering plenty of natural light. The monthly rate when broken down per night VERY LOW PRICE per night! Better than any hotel with so much private space and the comforts of home. Temperature of the property is kept even for both units on the property between 70 and 72 at night and 75 in the daytime. Primary entrance to the unit is through the sliding glass door. There is a lush green nearby neighborhood park with apond and walking path. Uninterrupted views of all of downtown. Property was recently fully remodeled.
