At Tujunga Palms, our goal is to provide modern and luxurious apartment homes where you can entertain, relax, and recharge in style. The units are well-appointed, recently having undergone a to-the-studs renovation to ensure that no feature or convenience is anything but the best, including amazing and highly-rated appliances and fixtures. Double-paned windows, floor-to-ceiling insulation and tankless water heaters help reduce utility costs. Each unit is pre-wired for Internet, Charter cable, and DirecTV. Additionally, each unit is secure, featuring Smart Key door locks with security cameras on the property. The building has undergone recent enhancements to its landscape, with plants and special outdoor lighting that transform the shared outdoor patio area into a prime spot for catching a few rays, relaxing with a book, or hosting a party. Ultimately we want each resident to feel like they're a part of the Tujunga Palms extended family and that coming home is almost a vacation in itself. A maximum of two pets (on a case by case basis) are welcome with proof of current license and vaccinations. Pet rent ($25 per animal) may be charged. Upon request, our Rental Criteria Letter will be emailed to you prior to issuing a Rental Application.
