Unkept grounds & property
The photos that are list are not current. They are outdated at least 5+ years. The grounds stay with tall grass & broken surrounding fixtures. The entry door is severely damaged with chipped paint & broken blinds. There is poor lighting at night. The hallways are not regularly cleaned & the mailbox closure has yet to be properly fixed to secure tenants' personal mail. What is the purpose of a security door if it stays adjured & or broken. Poor response time to maintenance orders .
