About the Apartment: This unique house has recently had an exterior paint job that really shows its true colors!! Once you enter the front door you proceed up a stately wooden staircase. As you can see in the photos, the interior space features large rooms with finishes we all enjoy. There are wood and tile floors, new blinds on all windows and ceiling fans with light kits throughout. Energy efficient window unit ACs and furnace heat are provided. The kitchen has vintage style cabinetry, old school tile counters with porcelain sink and a cute pantry nook. There is a large front and back yard, which provides lots of gardening potential. At the end of the private driveway there is a large storage shed that houses washer and dryer that is included. This place leaves you wanting for nothing more! You must come see it to experience the awesome feeling of home this place exudes. About Us: My husband and I live close by and run a mom and pop-style property management company. We pride ourselves on well managed and maintained properties that have lots of character and comforts. We would love to make our house your home. All of our units are pet friendly and places we have lived or would live ourselves. If you want to increase your quality of life, you really should rent from us. We take great care of our tenants!!? About the Neighborhood: It is a quiet area and one where the neighbors really look out for one another.
