Downtown Grand Lake/RMNP - 7 mins Winter Park - 35 mins Granby Ranch - 20 mins *May-Aug **Apr.-Nov Our condo has 3 levels and room to spread out. Main level access atop a single, short flight of stairs includes small front porch balcony -- great for soaking up the sun in the mornings. On the main level is the den (w/ TV, daybed, and desk), the living room, a half-bath, storage closet and the kitchen. Off the living room there is a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 6 quart air fryer, and dishwasher. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom (one queen bed) has skylights, a TV, and an electronic fireplace. The second upstairs bedroom (one queen bed) has a TV and a private balcony. The lower level has an additional bedroom (w/ queen bed) with walkout access to a private porch, and three-quarter bath in the hall. The washer and dryer are in this bedroom. Lower level also includes an extra long single car garage to keep your vehicle out of the weather and your toys safe. Garage provides additional access into the home. Guests have access to the entire condo and Soda Springs Resort (condo association) amenities. The community clubhouse is only a two minute walk and has a heated pool (summers only), hot tub (spring-fall), tennis, basketball, grills, exercise room, and pool table. There's even a catch & release fishing pond. There's a privately run restaurant on the resort grounds, and another just a 10 minute walk from the front door. Of note: - Interior stairs are stringers, there are gaps which may be difficult for young children and pets - Dog friendly, but please no cats - Smoking allowed on balconies and patios only - No A/C but summer daytime temps average beautiful mid-70s F, and nights are crisp and cool. Also we provide fans for every room. -Changes since the included photos were taken include replacing the exterior steps and porch with metal grates that allow snow to fall through (like stairs at ski resorts), the decorative "fireplace" in the front bedroom has been removed, and the kitchen chairs have been upgraded to steel framed restaurant chairs. One year lease preferred. Available starting October 20, 2024. Cable/Wifi, water, trash, snow clearance, and HOA fees all included. Renter responsible for power and gas. (You'll want to use the gas fireplace for heating as electric heat can get pricey.) Renter responsible for removal of trash to dumpsters provided by condo association. Clean criminal background and good credit history required for all occupants. Absolutely no smoking in the interior of the home including the garage- permitted only the decks & patio. Home must be kept clean, especially clear of pet hair and odor. Failure to abide by these requirements may result in termination of the lease.
