The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and there is a clean and modern bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private studio and the building's great amenities. Relax and unwind in the beautiful swimming pool area, stay active in the modern on-site fitness center, and enjoy the communal BBQ area perfect for grilling and enjoying an evening outdoors on the sun-soaked patio. On-site parking is available for a nightly fee of $20, and convenient laundry facilities are available in the building for $0.75 per load. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. Your apartment is in the heart of Clarendon, Arlington's most vibrant and sought-after neighborhood, known for its incredible dining, shopping, and nightlife—all just steps from your door. You are right next to The Market Common Clarendon and a short trip from the world-class boutiques in Georgetown. You are just a half-mile walk from both the Clarendon and Courthouse Metro Stations, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. A quick Metro ride takes you directly to the National Mall, where you can explore the Smithsonian Museums and the National Zoo. Enjoy a peaceful escape with a hike at Theodore Roosevelt Island or visit the profound Arlington National Cemetery. For your convenience, a large and modern Whole Foods Market is located just a few blocks away. Building check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Our damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations including smoking or any other prohibited activities, excessive damage exceeding $300 per stay, automobile damage, or personal items. A fine of $300 is applied for violations of our no-smoking policy and for hosting unauthorized gatherings. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy.
