It includes a full living room area, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room features a futon for additional sleeping accommodations. Onsite parking is available for guests. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Sleepover has a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted. This apartment is situated in an apartment building with an onsite parking lot available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will have access to their unit, the fitness center, and the laundry facility. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and large gatherings and/or parties are not allowed. Sleepover cannot accept any package deliveries and does not allow guests to accept mail or give out this address. Sleepover assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox; failure to do so will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If Sleepover determines that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, Sleepover reserves the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses necessary to address the infestation. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. Includes fresh towels and bathroom essentials. We do have onsite parking here. This building does have an elevator, but the unit is on the 7th floor. This unit is in an apartment building and we do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the elevator, gym, or the laundry facility. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay.
