FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. DESCRIPTION: “Kroger” is an immaculate first floor condo in the Wrightsville Dunes complex and is a Sterling Edition building which includes an exterior security entrance. The complex offers ground level storage for all your beach equipment and the beach is conveniently accessed by private walkways. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. This investment will ensure greater reliability and safety for all residents and visitors. To minimize community-wide disruption, the work has been scheduled sequentially. During the projected dates of December 28, 2026 to February 1, 2027, the elevator in the respective building will be completely out of service. These dates are subject to change. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Parking pass fee may apply. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
