FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. Furnished with four twin beds, this versatile area lends itself to many uses and can be enjoyed by all age groups. The complex offers ground level storage for all your beach equipment for a convenient and hassle-free stay. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Parking pass fee may apply. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 4 Twin. Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Students, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
