Utilities are included in the furnished rental option, in addition to the lawn care and pest control. This home is a clean and well-appointed two-bedroom, one-bathroom ranch. This home has one small living room area with a loveseat, desk and chair, two bedrooms with one Queen bed and dresser each, and a kitchen with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances, cabinets and granite countertops. There is also an electric stove with an oven, cookware, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave and full size refrigerator. Bed linens and towels for four guests is provided. High speed Wi-Fi is included, with access to the router. The unit has central heat and air conditioning but we ask that you turn the thermostat no higher than 70 degrees in the winter and no lower than 72 degrees in the summer. However, we don't want you to suffer. If you must adjust outside of those boundaries, please set the thermostat back prior to leaving. There is a smart television that allows guests to log into streaming accounts. Street and gravel driveway parking is available.
