Unwind in the spacious living room with a Smart TV and all your favorite streaming services. When you're ready to relax, enjoy a refreshing dip in the rooftop pool or take a leisurely walk just one block to the beach. The apartment also features an in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary coffee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
