I have lived here for a few months now. Overall, it is a great place to live. Gorgeous design, beautiful amenities and the overall feeling of luxe. However, there are a few things that have been very disappointing that I wish someone had told me before I moved in. 1. The pool hours are 11AM-7PM 7 days a week, Memorial Day - Mid September. To me, this is very limited, especially since it stays light out until almost 9 pm most of the pool season. There must be a lifeguard on duty to go in the pool. This is frustrating. The pool is lit up at night and looks very inviting to swim in; I wish they would slap a "swim at your own risk" sign up and let grown adults take a dip in the 4ft pool past 7 pm. 2. While on the subject of the pool, they had some issues with the temperature. It was the temperature of a hot tub for the last month of it being open, rendering it next to useless for anyone who wanted to cool off. Prior than that, I will say, the temperature was always perfect - not too cold (I could get right in, which is saying a lot!), but still refreshing. 4. Also, the "wet bar" by the pool is not a wet bar at all. It's where the lifeguard sits. No food or drink allowed in the pool area. Big bummer. 3. All those outdoor TVs you saw on the tour? Forget them. They don't work. So much so that the concierge didn't even know they existed when I asked for the remote for one. They said "Sorry we can't have outdoor TVs due to the weather". So what are they there for?! 5. Don't count on the indoor TVs either. The first time I asked for the remote to the large media room screen, I was told it was lost and Greystar had no plans to replace it. Mind you these things cost all of $10. Then when I actually did get a remote to use, the TV was basically useless. All it did was turn on. No channels, no ability to connect your phone to bluetooth or airplay, no ability to log in to any streaming services. All it did was turn on to a logo screen and that was all we could do. 6. No light in the family room or bedroom in my unit 7. Awful - I mean awful - dryer. The clothes come out of the washer 90% dry, the average dryer cycle is 2.5. hours, and the clothes still come out damp. Even with a load of 2 T shirts. Takes 2-3 2.5hr cycles to dry a small amount of clothes that were basically dry to begin with. Would be faster to air dry. Maintenance had the manufacturer come out and they said nothing was wrong with it. So that's just how these dryers operate.

We moved into 25 N. Lex on July 1, so at the two week mark, we are still getting unpacked and learning about our new home. Love the pool. Also love all of the nooks where people can grill or just chill. Hoping for improvement in the Dog Run. There are some drainage issues. Overall we are enjoying our new home.

I’ve had such a positive experience with this building — it’s truly filled with kind people. Everyone I’ve interacted with, from the virtual support team to the on-site staff, has been consistently friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The reception team always greets you with a smile, and the maintenance and building crews are just as wonderful. It’s rare to find a place where the entire staff feels genuinely welcoming, but this building really has that energy. I’m so grateful to be part of a community where kindness is the norm.

Living in 25 North Lex has been great! It is convenient to get into Manhattan for work. The train station is right outside. The staff from leasing and with concierge have been great. They are kind and meticulous.

25 NorthLex is an amazing, new, building. Its interior design layouts are spacious and modern. The building as easy self-parking and any amenity you could ask for including my favorite, a fully equip gym with indoor and outdoor work space.

Moving into 25 N Lex was a great decision for my partner and me. We initially chose this location because of its close proximity to the train and the parkway for easy access to the city. The apartment features quality appliances, and the building is consistently clean and well-maintained. Mr. Garcia from the leasing team was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional, and his prompt responses to our questions made the process of signing the lease and coordinating the move-in very smooth. The concierge team is wonderful. They are always helpful, whether providing assistance with accessing the package room or answering questions about the community.

Outstanding emphasis on high quality communal spaces and facilities. Leasing, front desk and maintenance staff have all been responsive, know what they're doing, and friendly. Parking and access to MNR efficient and easy. Top brand appliances, smart home friendly. A very positive case of getting what you pay for!

Made the move from a nearby building in White Plains. What a difference! Fast and efficient lease process, payment(s) set up. Gas stove, garbage disposal, freight elevator for moving in. Leasing team is on-site, positive and pro-active. Building is clean and maintenance team (along with the Super) super nice.

I moved in 2 weeks ago. From move in day until today the staff has been amazing. Truly professional and responsive. The sales team on site, the concierge(s), the maintenance team have all been super!
