Finished grad school and moving for work. Looking for someone to take over my lease at Traver Ridge on Ann Arbor's north side. 1 Bedroom/1 bath, 850 sq. ft. Top floor, end unit -- very quiet. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to bus stop, U of M's NCRC, Kroger, and more. Lived here 5 years with no problems. You would be taking over my lease which runs through Aug 13th, 2017. You get below market rate. No security deposit -- you get mine. If you have a pet, the pet deposit is already paid too. Carpet will be professionally cleaned before move-in. Available on or after 9/13. Complex has pool, tennis courts, exercise facilities, and lots of walking trails -- very nice neighborhood. Unit has programmable digital thermostat, brand new refrigerator and bathroom vanity.
