Hancock Park -Walk to Larchmont with your dog!--Guest House with pet friendly, private backyard , one bedroom with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, has its own entrance, rent includes utilities! Unit has its own fenced in yard, back patio and washer and dryer. Good for a pet lover. Lots of privacy, we have permit parking on the street so that's never a problem. We prefer a single rather than a couple, preferably a pet owner. We are animal lovers and so we want to give a pet the opportunity to enjoy this enclosed lovely back yard. We offer a discount for a single occupant: Rent is $2475 for couple inlcuding utlities.
