Two layouts are possible depending on your needs. You can have two bedrooms with a large living room and a dining room or a 3 bedroom with a open concept kitchen/living room. The kitchen and bathroom are fairly new. Each bedroom has a closet. There is a laundromat downstairs for your convenience. Only 2 blocks from the F,G and R trains at 9th St and 4th Ave. Heat and hot water are included and pets are accepted upon approval. Call or text me now for a peek.
