You can walk to call within 9 minutes or take the free UC shuttle which picks up at the top of the street every 15 minutes. Our large and spacious apartments are perfect for students who practice instruments, need extra room to stretch out, or couples who need to be close to the University or hospitals. The apartment is fully furnished. Heat, water, trash, and WIFI are included in the rent. This is a great deal as our desire is quality over quantity. 9 min Walk to Campus, 6 min Bike to Campus UC Shuttle comes down the street every 15 mins.
