The two available rooms share a full bathroon. The house will be fully furnished except for the two rooms for rent. The rooms could be furnished if discussed ahead of time. Rent is $825 per month per room. Utilities will be split equally between the three renters (internet, heat, AC, electricity, water, sewage and trash). A parking space in the 2 car garage is available for $20 per month. Otherwise, there is limited parking on the street. The current renter in the occupied room is a male graduate student at CSU. As such, other CSU graduate students are encouraged to apply.
