Enjoy a quick drive to downtown, Sea-Tac Airport, and ferry terminals. Ride-sharing services like Lyft or Uber are recommended for getting around the city. This property has a strict no party policy. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed in the home, and there will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period. Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older, and the name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. Check-in time is at or after 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. A daily electricity allowance of 75 kWh is included; any excess will be billed at local utility rates and shared with guests after the stay.
