The downstairs features two bedrooms. The first, just off the living room has a queen size bed, pull out desk, plenty of closet space and an ensuite bathroom with washer dryer. The second downstairs bedroom - off of the dining room - has a king size bed, Herman Miller dressers with writing desk and a walk in closet. This bedroom has access to a bath with a deep soaking tub. Finishing off the downstairs is a cosy study - really a duplex bedroom with its own private staircase up to the 3rd queen bed and walk in closet. This bedroom shares a 'Jack and Jill' brightly sky-lit bathroom with the TV lounge - loft that overlooks the main living room. For the not relaxing worker bees, every room has Ethernet outlets.
