Three bedroom condo at Maple Hill located very the near the corner of North East Street and Main Street will become available in mid to late January 2024. This unit can be rented just for the second semester or for a longer term if desired. The condo association is small (only ten units) and is a mix of owner occupied and rental units. There is both surface lot and garage parking; however, this unit ONLY offers two parking spaces, without exception. There is also a bus stop at the corner of North East Street and Main Street that is a short walk away. (about 1 minute).
