WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for someone who is tidy and will be respectful of the space, as we own this apartment and will likely be listing it for sale later this spring or summer. We need to rent to someone who is open to us having 2-3 open houses, in which you would have to be out of the apartment for several hours. The apartment will be month-to-month after the initial 4-month lease term because the unit may sell. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS -A security deposit of $1500 will be required and returned when you vacate, assuming no damage has been caused. -Renter will need to sign our lease agreement, which will specify a lease of 4 months, with month-to-month possible at owner discretion afterwards. -I am available to show the apartment most days and all weekends.
