This studio apartment has a private entrance. The residents on the property's main house (next door) use a separate entrance. Very comfortable and private. No on-site laundry, however, there are several laundry mats nearby. UTILITIES Water is included in the rent. You're responsible for the electric and gas bill. Will only show BY APPOINTMENT. Please read the full ad details first and if interested after reading, please provide a good call-back number. Once you have read all of the ad details, a phone call will be scheduled to confirm that you have the required items, and are good with the terms. If during the call it is determined that you have the requirements, a date and time for an in-person walk-through will be scheduled. Walk-throughs are scheduled at least one day in advanced of when you'd like to see the studio-apartment. Availability is not guaranteed for last-minute appointment requests. Tenant is responsible for taking his/her trash bins out onto the street curb every Thursday night and bringing them back in by Friday evening. All indoor trash must be disposed of at minimum one time per week. The entire stairway area is to remain clear, and clean. You are responsible for acquiring a plug-in heater for personal use. All persons over 18 must be on the lease, and submit proof of income, background, credit, and eviction report. Also, only persons on the lease can stay overnight. Occupancy limit is strictly enforced. A deposit of $1,500, and 1st month of rent are required. RENT is $1,500/month for up to two persons. $50 per additional person.
