Belltown is bordered on the north by Lower Queen Anne, east and south by Downtown Seattle, and on the west by Elliot Bay. The studio is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval, they will be charged for the next night’s stay. No pets are allowed at the property, and anyone found to have brought a pet will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There are no parties or events allowed, and violations will incur a deep cleaning fee between $500-700, plus a charge for carpet cleaning. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest, and additional cleaning fees of $75 per hour will be charged for unreasonable messes or damages. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, and a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if any smoke debris or smell is identified.
