Just steps away, guests can indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. The Marigny is also home to the famous Frenchmen Street. Just a block and a half away, the famous streetcars provide direct access to tourist hotspots like the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
