Spacious studio apartment in Clarendon/Courthouse area of Arlington, VA. - Flexible start date - 532 square feet - First floor (no stairs!) - Huge walk-in closet - Two linen closets - Brand new washer and dryer - Dishwasher in kitchen - Living room area can easily be separated from sleep area with bookcases or screens, if desired - On-site gym, pool and entertainment area - Spacious yard right outside the door - Great heating and air-conditioning (ducts recently cleaned and sanitized) Monthly Rent: $1486 + Utilities This apartment is a hop, skip and a jump away from both Clarendon and Courthouse metro stations. To get into the city, it costs about $6 in an uber pool. You can walk, bike or drive to Iwo Jima, Roosevelt Island, as well as all of the downtown DC attractions! Courthouse is nearby with a large array of shops, restaurants and bars. I need to break my lease to move for a job, and I am looking for someone to take over my lease — NOT sub-let it. I can offer a flexible lease start date (any time from August 11th onwards), but the lease would go until July 17, 2018. I’m also open to possibly leaving some furniture. I can leave the curtains, if desired, the mirror on the closet door, and possibly the couch and/or dining table. Please contact me if you have any questions! Thanks so much.
