Hello, My wife and I are moving to NYC for a job opportunity. We are looking for someone to take over our lease. We really love this building and the apartment. Everybody on the staff is really helpful and friendly. The people in the building are also friendly and down to earth. It's a quiet building and neighborhood. The building has a lot of additional features, which make it a great place to live. It has an indoor lounge area with a pool table and seating. There is a rooftop, gym, pool, and 2 BBQ areas with 2 grills each. There is a business center with 3 Apple computers and a printer/photocopier. Additionally, there's an indoor parking garage in the building, with 2 floors of resident-only parking. The neighborhood is nice, with several bars, restaurants, gyms, coffeeshops, etc. The apartment is furnished, and we would give you the furniture for free. We can also remove all or some of the furniture, if you'd prefer that. To complete the process, we will go together to the leasing office to transfer the lease. They will complete a credit check and some additional paperwork. Please look at the reviews on Yelp and other sites. You will not find a better building and apartment at a better price. The monthly rent of $1,590 is a great price for this building. We just spoke to the leasing office today, and the cheapest one bedroom apartment is currently leasing for over $1,700. The moving date can be flexible, but we would like to move as soon as possible, preferably in December. Feel free to contact me anytime if you would like to see the apartment and the building.
