Located at the top of the east bench, with 22nd street trail access one block away. Unobstructed mountain views out your living room windows! Amenities included: central air, central heat, gas fireplace upstairs, electric fireplace downstairs, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer included in the downstairs bathroom. Hardwood floors upstairs, updated kitchen, covered wrap around front porch, stone back patio with pergola and wired for hot tub. 10'X10' storage shed in fenced backyard. There are 2 small bedrooms upstairs, approximately 85 sq. ft. each or 9' x 9.5' they do not have closets. There is a wall locker in each room for clothing. I have attached 2 photos of one of the upstairs bedrooms with a twin bed for reference on the size. The second upstairs bedroom is identical. The basement now has a barn door at the bottom of the stairs and is being used as the master bedroom. There is a walk-in closet just through the downstairs bathroom. The basement ceiling height is approximately 6'6" but has a low spot of about 5'11" running through the middle of the room. The downstairs bathroom currently has a bathtub but no shower.
