The nearby Shore Parkway offers beautiful waterfront views, ideal for a relaxing stroll or morning jog. Bensonhurst Park is just a short walk away. Along 86th Street, you’ll find shops, markets, and everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as a lively mix of boutiques and convenience stores. The D subway line is a short 10-minute walk away, taking you directly into Manhattan in about 45 minutes. Several bus routes are nearby, and rideshares are widely available. Check-in time is between 2 pm and 7 pm, and you will receive the key from the reception. For check-ins between 7 pm and 11 pm, accommodation can be arranged for an additional $60 fee. The building management can impose fines of up to $500 for violations of the no-smoking policy.
