Located in a brand-new 31-story building, this fully furnished space combines comfort, style, and modern amenities. This studio is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher, dryer, and washer, providing a seamless living experience. This space is perfect for hosting guests, working remotely, or simply relaxing. The building offers a stylish lounge to greet guests, a media and movie lounge, a billiards lounge, a sunset lounge, and a 3rd-floor roof deck with lounging, BBQs, and dining. Gym and lounge access are available for an additional fee. Parking is available through LAZ at a monthly rate. Nestled in the heart of the vibrant Bath Beach area of Brooklyn, you’ll experience a unique blend of neighborhood charm, seaside views, and convenient city access. Bath Beach is a welcoming community known for its peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere and easy access to some of Brooklyn’s best-kept secrets. The neighborhood is perfectly positioned between Coney Island and Bensonhurst, offering the chance to explore iconic attractions and experience the quieter, local charm of a seaside community. The nearby Shore Parkway offers beautiful waterfront views, ideal for a relaxing stroll or morning jog. Bensonhurst Park is just a short walk away. Along 86th Street, you’ll find shops, markets, and everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as a lively mix of boutiques and convenience stores. The D subway line is a short 10-minute walk away, taking you directly into Manhattan in about 45 minutes. Several bus routes are nearby, and rideshares are widely available. Check-in time is between 2 pm and 7 pm, and you will receive the key from the reception. For check-ins between 7 pm and 11 pm, accommodation can be arranged for an additional $60 fee. The building management can impose fines of up to $500 for violations of the no-smoking policy. A fee will be charged for missing or replacement keys, as well as incidents of lockout, according to the following schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM: $75 lockout fee, Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM: $150 lockout fee, Friday (4:00 PM) - Monday (8:00 AM): $200 lockout fee. For check-ins after 7 PM, accommodation may be possible for an additional fee ($60-$150). The building offers modern amenities for a monthly fee of $50, and the hours of operation are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily: fitness center and yoga room, dining and co-work area, billiard room, sky lounge, work lounge, media lounge, and 3rd-floor outdoor lounge.
