Valet parking is available for $25 per day or $350 per month. An additional pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. The apartment is right next to the Valley Metro light rail system, making it easy to explore the rest of the Valley. Adeline offers excellent walkability with shops, dining, and entertainment just steps away. Fry’s Food & Drug, Chase Field, and the Phoenix Symphony are all within a short walk. The property is next to the Valley Metro Light Rail, providing easy access throughout Phoenix and the surrounding Valley. Taxis, rideshares, and scooter rentals are also readily available in the area. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests acknowledge that they may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with the rental agreement and condition of the booking.
