Valet parking is available for $25/day or $350/month. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee ranging from $100-300 based on stay length. Located in the heart of entertainment, this condo is within walking distance of Fry’s Food and Drug, the Mortgage Matchup Center, Chase Field, the Phoenix Symphony, and Heritage Square. With sophisticated dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences just blocks away, this location offers a convenient, big-city lifestyle in the center of diverse culture and modern comfort. The Valley Metro light rail system is right next to the property, making it easy to explore the rest of the Valley. Excellent walkability with shops, dining, and entertainment just steps away. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay and may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building.
