The Valley Metro light rail system is right next to the property, making it easy to explore the rest of the Valley. Shops, dining, and entertainment are just steps away. Fry’s Food & Drug, Chase Field, and the Phoenix Symphony are all within a short walk. Taxis, rideshares, and scooter rentals are also readily available in the area. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs; Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are not permitted. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM; a late fee of $75 per hour will be charged. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
