Perfect, cozy 1 bedroom apartment for rent in beautiful neighborhood! Hi! I am trying to get a responsible, good person to take over my rent from August until January. I was offered a job in San Diego and need to move by July 24th, which is the only reason I am giving up my apartment. I have lived here for 5 years and am actually quite sad to leave. The apartment is located in the Saddle Rock neighborhood of Aurora, right on the golf course. It is a safe area right down the street from Southlands outdoor shopping center (and much more) and has a beautiful view of the lush golf course with a walking trail perfect for dogs and nature lovers in the backyard. It is quiet and clean. The rent is $1045 and with utilities is never more than $1090 a month (this is below current market rent for the area...and most of Denver). Since you will be added to my lease, you will not have to pay first or last months rent or a security deposit. You just need a $50 application fee and good credit. The lease ends in January and it will then be up to you whether or not you decide to resign. I am looking for someone to sign on very quickly. Even though I am paying July's rent, you wont start paying rent until August and can move in anytime on or after July 24th.
