About This Property
Tucked a way on a quiet street in the heart of the OTR Brewery District this historic building was originally built to house brewery workers back in 1910. Located only 3 blocks away from Rhinegeist, Findlay Market, and Street Car Stop. Also an easy 3-5 minute ride up the hill to Kroger, Targets, and many great restaurants and venues around University of Cincinnati as well. This beautiful apartment was completely renovated in 2017 with new hardwood flooring, tile, kitchen, and bathrooms (one full bathroom & one 1/2 bathroom). We also took pride in highlighting the historic features of the apartment with exposing brick walls and building custom shelving using restored joists. The apartment has a gas furnace to provide central heat and we will gladly provide two window AC units to help with cooling during the summer. There are also two secured entry points into the apartment to ensure safety & security. Only pets that are allowed are medium/small dogs (40lbs. or less). And we do not accept any housing vouchers or rent subsidies for this apartment.
