A washer and dryer are located in the unit. Extra storage space is available in the unfinished basement. Located near shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants. Easy access to I-25. $1850/mo with $1850 deposit. The owner pays the HOA fees which cover water, sewer, garbage removal, lawn care, and most snow removal (except in the patio area). Renter pays electric, gas, cable/internet. The community pool will be available from late May to early September. No smoking. Would consider one small dog with $150 extra deposit and $150/month in pet fee. The HOA limits the number of vehicles per townhome unit to three. The first two vehicles must be parked in the attached garage. A complete rental application is required for each applicant over 18 years of age.
