Newly renovated 1 BR in the West Village - Elevator Building with Laundry Facilities - 2 Min Walk to A,C,E,B,D,F,M and 1 trains! ABOUT THIS LISTING We're moving to Colorado for family reasons, and need to be there urgently-but our lease isn't up until May...we are looking to have someone take over the lease come 1/1/19. I am OBSESSED with this place- the apartment is on a quiet and low-traffic block (Jones street, between Cornelia and Barrow) literally steps from the hustle and bustle of Bleecker street with proximity to Washington Square Park, the best restaurants NYC has to offer, and a 2 minute walk from the B,D,F,M,A,C,E,1 trains. The apartment also has 10 foot ceilings, extremely deep / walk-in closets (pictures don't do them justice, and I admittedly did not make the best use of the space!), and laundry in the basement. There is also a LIVE IN super who is soo nice and friendly and goes above and beyond to make himself available literally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ABOUT THIS LISTER I am so sad to leave NYC, but circumstances have dictated otherwise. I am born and raised here and can wholeheartedly say that this apartment is truly a rare gem. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS Must have appropriate credit / documentation / proof of income, etc.
