Not only does this vacation home include upgrades such as a chef’s kitchen, soaker tub, and double garage, it also has an outdoor swimming pool, grill, and patio. The impressive kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including ample counter space, a kitchen island, and a breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances, upgraded countertops, and the tiled-backsplash provide you with the high-end kitchen you deserve to be in. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. This house accepts only 30+ days rentals. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests are allowed over while you are renting our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. There is no street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and toddler accessories. A laptop computer is not included.
