With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to accommodate parties of up to 10. Not only does this vacation home include upgrades such as a chef’s kitchen, soaker tub, and double garage, it also has an outdoor swimming pool, grill, and patio. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a kitchen island with a breakfast bar. The sleek living room offers a modern, comfortable environment with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dedicated dining area includes a dinner table with seating for 8 and bar-style seating at the kitchen bar. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage and on the driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 is applied for each guest beyond the first six guests. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, and may include a small additional fee. This house accepts only 30+ days rentals. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. We offer plenty of body towels but recommend bringing your own pool towels. Smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps and login info is provided upon request. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
