We cater to traveling medical professionals looking for a fully furnished, safe and comfortable place to stay while working in Roanoke. Lease is usually 90 days but, will consider a less than 90 day stay. Contact us. This unit is set up for TWO people. There is an increase in rent for additional occupants. We allow small crate trained dogs only on a case by case basis. If we approve your dog to stay dog rent is $100 per dog per month. We do not allow cats. Check out our spacious 2 bedroom, 1200 sq ft. two story unit with 9ft ceilings completely remodeled but has kept its 1920's charm of hardwood floors and large windows. It has a private entrance with nice covered front porch. Off street parking. 18th Street is a nurse owned, fully furnished duplex that is 2.9 Miles from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. This is a non-smoking/vaping property. Both spacious bedrooms contain memory foam mattresses and brand new 40" smart TVs. There is a 55" smart TV in the living room. Keypad entry, WiFi, black out curtains and a coffee bar are just a few of the must haves offered on 18th street. Rental payments are made through Venmo and Zelle Credit check required. 24 hour video surveillance.
