Your Perfect Manhattan Studio

This apartment is a hidden gem in the urban jungle of Manhattan. Located in Chelsea at the crossroads of fabulous flagship retail, grocery stores you thought only existed in the ‘burbs, the art gallery district, endless parks along the nearby Hudson River, restaurants, bars - and did I mention one of the hottest doughnut bakeries in the country just 1 block away – I know, right?! - it's the perfect city studio. If you can tear yourself away from the non-stop energy and joys of this city that never sleeps, you will, in fact, find a peaceful night’s rest since the apartment is located at the rear of the building. The apartment itself is a large (for NYC), L-shaped studio with South and West-facing windows, perfect for growing house plants, and courtyards that form a buffer between the apartment and neighboring buildings, providing oodles of natural light that most New Yorkers only dream of - you'll wish you worked from home to soak it all in.
