Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior authorization will incur a $125 fee to cover scheduling disruptions. Smoking or drugs of any kind are not allowed indoors or on the property, with a $1000 fine for any violations. This unit accommodates up to 4 guests, and the number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation and a $1000 fine. No pets are allowed per apartment complex bylaws. Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these house rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
