This historic building offers a traditional lobby entrance with an octagon shaped skylight allowing for natural light to flood common area. This unit is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a grand skylight allowing natural light into the living areas. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and granite countertops. The full bathrooms have a tile backsplash, tiled floors and granite countertops. All units have a washer and dryer, as well as an interior mailbox. Up to two cats are welcome. They will need to be spayed or neutered. One dog, up to 25 pounds is welcome. There will be a $250 pet deposit per pet. The unit may also be susceptible to an extra cleaning fee at the end of the lease. There is ample street parking, but we also have limited parking spaces in the back to lease for $65/month. There is also a city parking garage across the street that offers monthly parking for $85/month. Come fall in love with this historic, art deco building. Tours available upon request.
