We are a smoke-free community, and if evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed. Please respect the community's quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Excessive noise during these hours will not be tolerated and after an initial warning may result in a fine or further action. We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. The number of guests must match the number of guests on your reservation. If your suite requires an excessive amount of cleaning a $200 fee will be assessed. The lead booker must be 18 years or older, and all guests above 18 are required to submit their ID in our Guest Portal after confirming the booking. Please be respectful and courteous of the other residents and the on-site team. Party gatherings are not permitted in the suite. Altering, adjusting, amending, or adding anything to the unit or its contents is prohibited, and we reserve the right to charge a fee for anything that is missing or damaged in the suite upon check-out. Please do not tamper with the fire alarms or firefighting equipment. We do not permit short-stay bookings to bring other guests to the property to sleep over. [SI]
