Over the course of her career, Jessica and her team have been involved in more than $3 billion in residential and development transactions, consistently achieving record-setting results throughout Greenwich, New Canaan, Westport, Darien, Stamford, and key Westchester enclaves including Rye, Purchase, Pound Ridge, Scarsdale, and Chappaqua. Her strategic, tech-forward approach earned her recognition as 2021 Millennial Entrepreneur of the Year by the Westchester Fairfield Business Journal. Jessica’s connection to real estate began in her hometown of Greenwich, where a deep appreciation for architecture, land, and thoughtful design shaped her perspective on long-term value. She entered the industry through construction management, developing technical and financial fluency before transitioning into global luxury marketing for an international firm representing properties in New York City, Paris, Venice, and Marrakesh.
