Thankful for the community. Minus a few random recycling hick ups. Everyone is welcoming and respectful. Maintenance guy is top tier and response times are quick.

We are very pleased with our new space. The layout is much better and we have great light with beautiful sunsets. We can walk to many restaurants and UHaul is around the corner!

Trash issues, neither trash nor recycling shutes available several days a week, particularly weekends. Easy solution is more dumpsters. At these rent rates, doesn’t seem like an issue.

21 East is a good place to live! Residence could be cleaner in the halls and trash room but otherwise great! Friendly staff. Plenty of parking, location is good, and apartments are updated/modern.

Great place ,very clean , great neighborhood and close to many town option , I love the Jim and the Greek place down stairs, maintenance is very responsive

Love the kitchen. That’s One of the things that drew me here. Including the color of the cabinets and the flooring. Great closet space and so far sufficient space for the rest of my accumulated stuff.

It’s a nice and quiet place , clean area , the apartment gives me peace of mind I have no regrets about choosing 21 east and I'd like to spend as many years there as possible

Great place to live. Spacious apartments and many windows allowing for a lot of sunlight. Great location as well right near shopping and restaurants

The community here is great! I have been here for around 2 months now and have little complaints. I will say, the walls and floors are thin, so be aware of noisy neighbors.

21 East Apartments is a good place to live! Maintenance is amazing very quick and nice and responsive. Apartments are nice over all. Fairly sound proof which is very nice. Sadly its more of other residence that make it less nice to live, they leave trash in the parking lots and in the hallways of the floors making it smelly for others who know not to leave trash out. Its a bit over priced here as well in my opinion. Package room could use improvement, when you order something track it closely as there are 4 different package locations and its hard to say where the mail people put yours if you do not track it close. Otherwise its a good place to live, just some minor improvements to the package and clearer hallways would really give this place a 5star.

Been positive experience since been living here. Only issues is the rent payment process as auto pay has not worked since been living here. Package room sometimes hard to find in packages.

Only positive at this whole place is maintenance and Travis. Hearing every step your upstairs neighbors take is terrible and there is a major lack of security. Doors are left open all day and homeless people sleep in the community room.

Really enjoy live here. Plenty of parking. Plenty of space. Easy access to gym and other local shops. Mangement is very caring. 24 hr Maintenence. Grateful to find a well run property.

This has been in large part, a favorable rental experience. I have found the apartment well appointed and maintenance requests are responded to timely. The management office has been unavailable a lot which is less than ideal. Additionally, the follow up and follow through is lacking. I am hoping that the new management will remedy these concerns.

Easy application, approval and move-in. Unit was clean, smelt fresh and free of any damage. Leasing Manager and Building Super were more than accommodating on move in day.

21 East is great. Beautiful building, cute downtown area where we can walk our dog, & a lot of nice stores/coffee shops to enjoy in the area. The gym is quality & convenient to have, as well as the House of Greek coffee shop. The main drawback, in my opinion, is that heavy rain can bring flooding to the parking lot which poses an inconvenience. Overall it has been a good living experience thus far.

Lovely community and great respectful, courteous neighbors all around. Feels like a safe place to live, quiet and no issues with cleanliness of building. Management is responsive and keeps residents updated.

the people are super nice and friendly. l like how clean everything is. The gym is so nice to get a good work out in and everything in ther is clean too.

Management here is great! You need anything they are right on it. You need anything fixed, and it’s done right away. Everyone that we have met so far has been very nice and friendly.

Great location that is dog friendly. Extremely friendly neighbors. A caring and extremely responsive maintenance staff. Close by to a great choice of restaurant food establishments

The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious and the staff are wonderful. However, the flooding is a major issue. I would not have signed a lease here knowing the severity of it. I also wish the Building A common areas would be renovated. The flooring and elevators are particularly are in rough shape. It shouldn't be this way for a fairly new luxury complex. Guests of mine have commented on public areas looking run down. Also, the rugs in the 5th floor hallway could use a deep cleaning. The amount of dog poop around the property is disgusting too. I've stepped in it numerous times. My other issue is the package situation, which is a mess. I've started having things delivered to my parents' house or an Amazon locker because it's too stressful getting things delivered here. The previous complex I lived in had a great locker system and never had issues there. Also my auto pay has not worked a single time since I moved in.

Absolutely lovely, although it may have its issues, like everywhere, I can't say anything negative. Maintenance and other staff are super reactive to complaints, with a great attitude the whole time. I would highly recommend.

Overall 21 East apartments are great! My only complaint would be that no one gets held affordable for cleaning up after their pets. When I brought it to the attention of the manager her response was “people are lazy in the winter”. We are now approaching nice weather and it is the same thing! We pay a fee to have our pets here, there should be some responsibility.

Love it so far, just moved in yesterday! Nice clean apartment, neighbors seem friendly, amenities are nice. The application process was super easy.

Staff is always friendly and responsive. Any maintenance concerns have been handled quickly! There is the flooding issue to be aware of but other than that I absolutely love living here. The space, organization, amenities, plus everything is in walking distance!

It’s great, just concerned about the water flooding in the spring time for parking . Other than that Melinda is great! She is always available and very helpful

The place is dirty most of the time. There are constant threats in email to hold residents accountable for not cleaning up their messes but it doesn’t appear that anything is ever done about it. The rugs in the hallways don’t get cleaned, the cleaning staff don’t clean all 4 walls in the elevators or in the lobbies. There is dog poop everywhere and cleaning up after your dog is not enforced.

This apartment is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful. The office staff r extremely accommodating and friendly. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants.

The apartments themselves are very nice, leasing staff can be very hard to communicate with. They typically do not answer emails and only assist you in person. Parking lot is also a mess but other than that very much enjoy living here

Since before we moved in, Melinda was so helpful, so kind with us. Safe place for packages, new appliances, elevators, a nice gym… We love our new home. We are really happy with our new place.

Was having trouble with finding a new place. When I called this was the friendliest place I had talked to. Now I call it home. Great place to be

Ok, I'd give a 5 star from the Get-Go. Tell me this is not a dream! The move in experience has been absolutely amazing. Melinda from the office is so attentive and professional. She took great care of us step-by-step. The building is brand new and modern. I love the deep sink in the kitchen and my window right in front of it. It's great to watch the city while I wash the dishes. The apartment size is perfect and the bedrooms are a great size. The master bedroom has it's own hallway and the room fit two wide side tables and our king size bed just right. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample storage! I absolutely will recommend this place to people moving to N. Attleboro! J R. New resident

We found our neighbors are very friendly. The location of the property is very convenient.The office staff is outstanding. Maintenance and other staff members are outstanding nosing as well. Definitely happy with our choice to move here.

The property is well kept and noise is minimal, we can rarely hear any neighbors (day or night)! The only downside is the flooding in the back parking lot, but there’s so much parking it hasn’t really mattered.

So far so good! The apartment is super nice and the people I have met so far are very nice. I feel very safe here and have no complaints! The leasing staff was very nice and helpful during move in.

The only thing that is luxurious about this place is the price tag. The owners of this apartment do not care about the residents nor their property. My parents car accrued thousands in damages that the owners take no responsibility for- they built this building and parking lots knowingly next to the 10 mile river with no resolution to this issue in sight. In the back parking lot there’s only one exit and when it’s flooded you can’t get out that way unless you want to total your car. The parking lot looks like Lake Superior every-time it rains. Was told by a leasing office worker to “watch the weather” as I’m scooping water out of my parents car after she sent an email 2 hours after the flood started for people to move cars. She spoke as though the lake is acceptable for a parking lot at a place that charges astronomical rent. Oh and it will go up 200-300 every time you go to re lease. I came back from the grocery store with my two small kids with groceries and no place to park since there’s no plan and no care at all from these people so I had to park half a mile away with them and groceries- not too luxurious. Security issue: the front main door was left unlocked and Not repaired for several months so anyone can come in without a key card. Was told by emergency maintence phone operator that 85degrees and rising inside with 90+ degrees forecasted next days on 4th floor apartment with 2 kids under two I would have to wait for the holiday to end (2 days) before they could come and fix it- luckily the one good thing about this place is maintence are good people and workers and Travis is fantastic and came and helped us. But he did that going out of his way so one positive is for sure maintence. They include a note in the lease which I’ve attached on how if it rains additional parking will be provided at their neighboring community 20 minutes away and a shuttle will be available- well this shuttle must be invisible because we’ve never seen it once. So many cars have been totaled or damaged they don’t care they hold no accountability for their poor planning and now no solution to the problem in sight. The owners themselves don’t care about you nor your issues- they were given a chance to respond to me and several others and help me with these issues but they just want your money and nothing else, for this overpriced, basic, far from luxurious apartment. If you are considering this place- run the other way as Fast As You Can!

Beautiful property, convenient gym and trash shute. Great location proximity to downtown. I can’t wait to live here and use Dogtopia until my home is built.

I love living at 21 East Street. I moved here in March of 2023 and my interaction with management has been nothing short but amazing. Melinda the Operations Manager is such a nice lady and super smart as well. She is the shining light and represents the company well. I can come to her with any question or accommodation and she does her best to meet each one and she hasn't disappointment me as of yet. The overall additional management staff are polite, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend living here to anyone.

I have no complaints! I have not had a single issue since I moved in, and any questions I’ve had they have answered for me and always been friendly and helpful!

Not the best renting experience I’ve had just encourages me to save and own. Maintenance is super great. Neighbors are sometimes friendly. Neighborhood is good.

It's been an overall okay experience over the last 3 years. I do with that we could utilize the rooftop patio space on the 6th floor of building A, and people would clean up after their dogs. also it's a smoke-free facility and people still smoke.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The buildings are clean and beautiful, and incredibly quiet. The color scheme is a soothing shade of light grey, which goes with anything. Everything is in great shape!
