The rental will include close proximity and access to numerous trails, parks (incl. Algonkian Regional Park), tennis courts, and gym facilities with key card access for residents. The townhome is located in a very quiet block with no major roads or businesses nearby. Applicant should be a young working professional with good credit/financial history and no pets or children. A background check will take place prior to leasing. There is no gender preference. Applicant should be quiet, clean, and respectful of the common areas in the townhome.
