Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for easy check-in and check-out with a personalized access code.
