Welcome home... Our location is perfect for work or play, as we are nestled directly between Denver and Boulder. Close to Wadsworth/287, 120th Ave., Highway 36 and very central to; Westminster, Lafayette, Arvada, Northglenn, Louisville and Superior. Lots of shopping near by, walking and biking trails, recreation facilities and parks to enjoy. Our current listings are for 1bed/1bath apartments located on the 2nd or 3rd floor(stairs only). The kitchens feature a glass top stove and a full sized fridge (no dishwasher). The bathroom includes a standard sized bathtub with shower. We also offer free off street parking (as available) and coin operated laundry facilities located in building. Apartment features include: A living room area, one wall A.C. located in the living room, a small kitchen, a small pantry/linen closet, a small coat closet, a small bathroom; and a small bedroom with a closet. There is a $30.00 application processing fee per applicant over the age of 18. All applicants must be able to pass a credit and background check. All applicants must have a minimum of (at least) 2 years prior rental leasing history. We do not accept co-signers. No smoking allowed anywhere at anytime. No pets allowed. No cultivation, storing, or use of marijuana allowed on the property. Prices and availability are subject to change. We appreciate your interest in this property and look forward to assisting you.
