Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation and a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed per the bylaws of the apartment complex. This unit accommodates up to 4 guests, and the number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Stays exceeding 28 days require bi-weekly cleanings, scheduled at mutually convenient times with the guest.
