A beautiful two bedroom in The Waldo Building, named after Ralph Waldo Emerson, in 1892. It has been totally updated with upscale amenities. The units have central heat and air, a dishwasher, disposal and microwave, laundry hookups, there is also a coin laundry in the basement. There is a marble lobby with an original wrought-iron and brass elevator. The entry is key-pad controlled, and programmed to call the phone of your choice. Smaller pets are permitted with special conditions and restrictions. We are at the corner of Piatt Park, just one block from City Hall. Good restaurants and theater/music venues abound. Statistically we are in the safest neighborhood in the city, and certainly in the most fun one - Security Deposit: 1/2 month's rent with good credit.
